Custom hats are FINAL SALE. By purchasing a custom hat you understand that your hat will be non-refundable. Hat fit is dependent on purchasers measurements and information provided, Alter Ego Hat Studio will adjust fit as possible and necessary and/or provide at home steps to perfect fit, if necessary

Ready-to-Wear Hats
Our ready-made heirloom hats ship within 5 business days of purchase.

Custom Hat Orders
Custom designs require time to perfect. Once your bespoke hat has completed production, it will ship in approximately 3 weeks. All hat orders are shipped at a flat rate of $20 within the United States.

Digital Courses
All digital hat-making courses are available immediately upon registration. You’ll receive instant access to begin learning at your own pace.
